We normally do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision. In the instance we approve a refund, a 25% restocking fee is applicable.

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Petra takes all steps to ensure that prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have to choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.
All rental prices are valid only once a Petra Equipment staff approve the price on website. For all items with options and features the rental price will increase as the retail price goes up.

Refund Policy
We normally do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision. In the instance we approve a refund a 25% restocking fee is applicable.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the sample shown to you or does not do what they are supposed to do.
Goods returned for credit (other than damaged goods as listed above) will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with Petra Equipment
Items purchased through Petra Equipment are subject to the following conditions if you require to return the item.
a) the item must be in its original condition, with no scratches or dents and preferably in its original packaging.
b) the item must be disconnected from all services, i.e. plumbing & electrical, prior to arranging for the item to be collected.
c) once the item has been returned to the supplier and points a) & b) above have been confirmed, then your refund will be effected to the nominated account or credited back to your credit card, minus any associated credit card fees.
All returned goods are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, depending on what our suppliers charge, and will only be accepted if returned in original condition, in original packaging with all original instruction booklets, warranty cards and documents.
If the returned item has been used in any way it will be deemed to be second hand and no credit will be issued.
Petra Equipment will always try to work with our customers to achieve the best possible result.

Keeping your information private is something that Petra Equipment is absolutely committed to. We want you to visit our site regularly, with complete confidence and without any unanswered questions. We want to share our privacy policy with you so that you know exactly how we gather information and what we do (and don't do) with that information.
1. We do gather information about customer location from our Google Analytics tools and Google Adwords. Not your address, only your city when possible or state.
2. When you register with an account, we do keep all your information to manage your order and shipping.
3. We also collect your data when you fill up our newsletters form, check out information, "my account" and contact us form.
4. We contact you for order processing, for more information about the delivery, for special offers, for statistics and to respond to your queries.
